Spirit Manufacturing Facility

Spirit Fitness is a manufacturer of high-quality fitness equipment, such as treadmills, elliptical bikes, and fitness bikes, for both residential and commercial applications. Their leadership recognized that they had outgrown their existing facility and needed to expand. We designed a new facility to accommodate growth by combining their business functions into one location with 10,500 square feet for administrative areas, a call center, and showroom spaces, along with 300,000 square feet of warehousing and assembly spaces.
