Perkins Law Firm

The Perkins Law Firm facility is the result of a major remodel, a ground floor addition, and second-floor addition to an existing facility. The Perkins family had owned the existing facility and property for many years. However, they had used it as a Chiropractic Office where patient privacy was emphasized and was not organized in a way to efficiently and functionally operate law offices. Also, there was a desire to upgrade the exterior appearance of the facility to respect the surrounding neighborhood better. Except for the original foundation and a few site structures, the rest of this project is a rebuild designed to better accommodate the requirements of a law office. The facility now includes several offices, workspace, conference rooms, reception and waiting, storage, and room for expansion or lease space on the second floor. The exterior design combines materials to modernize appearance and create views and daylighting opportunities while accenting and respecting the neighboring residential properties.
