Riverside High School

Riverside High School located on Highway 18 in Lake City, Arkansas was built to replace the district’s existing out-dated facility. The new 92,000 square foot single-story school features a wide central hallway with exposed decorative metal trusses and large north-facing windows. The building serves 400 students and encompasses all significant aspects of current Arkansas school standards, including specialized labs, classrooms, fine arts, and vocational instruction spaces, administrative suite, kitchen-cafeteria with adjacent stage area, and a 1,200 seat practice and competition-sized gymnasium. Construction economy was realized using pre-engineered metal building components for the structure and metal stud framing for the perimeter and interior walls.
